169.0! 169.0! OH MY GOD!
I'm starting to get a figure, the sides of my torso are curving in so that I actually have shape. AHHH!!! This is really exciting for me, and that is me clothed, which means my actual weight is probably even a bit lower then that! However I'd like to take another 10-20 pounds off by Christmas. Please leave me tips if you have any, I'd really appreciate it!
I would also like to take 10 pounds off by mid Decemeber, which I think is totally do able, or even 9 pounds. If I do that and can make it down to 151.0 or 150, then I will be 20 pounds lighter then my first weigh in on July 1st, of 181.0. I can almost taste it and I want it so bad.
My friend and I are starting a win-win situation together. Our plan is to go to the library every day after school to complete school work, thus getting wonderful grades, and then going after that to the gym. This will help my weight loss, and hers as well, as well as keep me motivated, having her there with me. I am also excited for Rugby conditioning starging in January and Belly dancing! EEE!
