166.0! I ballooned back up to 176.0 on Monday of this week, but after catching the stomach flu on Tuesday I am 166.0! ONE SIXTY SIX! AHHH!

169.0! 169.0! OH MY GOD!
I'm starting to get a figure, the sides of my torso are curving in so that I actually have shape. AHHH!!! This is really exciting for me, and that is me clothed, which means my actual weight is probably even a bit lower then that! However I'd like to take another 10-20 pounds off by Christmas. Please leave me tips if you have any, I'd really appreciate it!

I would also like to take 10 pounds off by mid Decemeber, which I think is totally do able, or even 9 pounds. If I do that and can make it down to 151.0 or 150, then I will be 20 pounds lighter then my first weigh in on July 1st, of 181.0. I can almost taste it and I want it so bad.

My friend and I are starting a win-win situation together. Our plan is to go to the library every day after school to complete school work, thus getting wonderful grades, and then going after that to the gym. This will help my weight loss, and hers as well, as well as keep me motivated, having her there with me. I am also excited for Rugby conditioning starging in January and Belly dancing! EEE!

I am on day 3 of the soup diet,and I feel really accomplished that I got this far. Too bad our Christmas dance is coming up soon and I'm still a balloon, and too bad I got in shit today at school and am now worried about not graduating on time. I hate high school so much.

Well a plus for today? I have refused all sorts of treats. My mom fell off the bandwagon yesturday so I'm going alone for now. I feel lighter, but don't seen any physical results just yet. I did my usual 30 minute workout today. 20 minutes on the elliptical, and then weights and a lap around the track. I was in a rush today, I might go for longer during the weekends now. I seem to have no life anymore...

First day of the seven day soup diet complete. The soup is actually pretty tasty and I rather enjoy it. My cousin's boyfriend told me he lost about 20 pounds when he did it for two weeks, so depending, I might do it for two after this first week is done, and then after a week of enjoying a few of the more tasty foods in life. I think that way I can lose about 30 - 40 pounds by the end of December, and my cousin's boyfriend say he only regained 5 pounds, and most of it was water weight, so I'm pretty inspired.

My mother and I are starting the Sacred Heart Soup diet tomorrow. I am pretty excited, especially because if my mom sees me doing this then she won't bother me. Besides, it will be a big help and boost for me to see a change in my body practically over night. I plan to stay on this diet for at least two weeks, do a week of restrictions, and then another two weeks of this. I believe that in this way, I will be able to drop these pounds quickly and efficiently.

As for keeping these pounds off, I intend to eat little and portioned. I also plan to keep on drinking TONS of water, no junk food including diet coke (unless I am drinking it in place of a meal), and to continue my hardcore excersise. I want to be HOT HOT HOT by Christmas, and I want people to notice.

Officially down 10 pounds since the end of July. Yeah, it shouldn't have taken this long but I had a tendency to stop and start over the course of those monthes. Now I've found a way that's working and I should be able to shed those pesky 20 pounds by Christmas. I hope, anyways.

Current weight: 171.5
LT Goal Weight: 129.0
ST Goal Weight: 150.0

Again, if anyone has any helpful tips, such as things about calorie intake or things they've done which has helped them lose lots of weight in a short time (we're talking two monthes here) then please feel free to comment or add me as a friend.

I am also planning to do a Master Cleanse for the last two weeks of November, and for the last two weeks of December. If you would like to join me for either of these fasts, or have any tips for keeping the weight off after you lose it on the clenase, please comment or add me. Thank you!

breakfast(around 7:30):
- two eggo waffles (170)
- 1/8 cup Atkins Maple Syrup (0)

snack(around 10:00):
- nature valley strawberry yogurt granola bar (150)

So, I actually watched what I ate today and I feel really good about it. Now if I can just watch what I eat all the time, and until the end of today I should be golden.

breakfast(around 9:00):
- 3/4 cup Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal (110 calories)
- 1/2 cup 1% Milk (51 calories)

snack(around 11:30):
- Quaker Oatmeal Trail Mix Granola Bar (150 calories)

lunch(approx. 2:30):
- Nature Valley Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bar (150 calories)

snack:(around 6:00):
- Dole Strawberry Kiwi Frozen Juice Bar (50 calories)

dinner:(around 7:00):
- Lean Cuisine Meat Lasanga (300 calories)

I had a bad, bad day today. I didn't even workout, eww, horrible. however, I did workout yesturday and I felt very satisfied. Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym after my shift is over, and I'm going to study for my learners. I'm 16 and still haven't gotten it. Arg. Then I think we're going out tomorrow night. Not too sure though.

Yay, I had a cigarette today, it made me feel great. However, I never get that feeling of being full when I smoke, hmm, maybe its just me. Oh well.

special k bar - 90 cal
nature valley granola bar - 150 cal
caesar salad - 300 cal?
poutine - 400 cal?
bag of fritos - 330 cal
1 oz mozzarella cheese - 80 cal
three cheese zitti - 290 cal

1,930 which surprisingly isn't as bad as I thought. That's only 400 calories over my daily intake goal.

Be prepared to start seeing me posting my meals in the forums again, and please don't judge based on what I ate today. It could have been a lot worse..

It was another one of those days. I can't keep using that as an excuse, because it isn't one, not at all. I think I am going to try the 20406080 diet and if that has little to no effect on my appearance or the way I feel, then I will try something else. Two weeks before Christmas, and two weeks before the end of November I am going to do a 14 day Master Cleanse.

I have already packed my swimsuit and workout gear so there is ZERO way I can forget my stuff and not workout. I wasn't feel very well today, and I've planned out the next couple days, food-wise.

I know this isn't a valid excuse, but today was just one of those days. I am seriously depressed right about now. Tomorrow I am going to try this diet recommended to me by a friend, the one I posted that I would start following today but instead slacked off.

I will try this diet for two weeks starting tomorrow, and I want to lose at least 5 pounds in the next two weeks. I also need to send away my ipod. Grr..

More inspiration for me to get off my ass; I really need more motivation.
Anyone with similar stats want to be workout/challenge/diet buddies?
